Premier Tutors provides the finest personalised education to families in Sydney. Currently, Premier Tutors leads the Sydney market for high-end private tutoring. We see multiple students place in the top 10 in NSW every year, and have to date grown entirely by word of mouth on the back of successful launching a publishing house 2020 to produce bespoke academic resources for our students.
We are about to embark on an exciting growth phase to expand Premier Tutors both globally and into the much larger market of primary school. Our ambition is to raise the global academic bar by dramatically accelerating how students learn. Through deeply visual, first-principles-based teaching, advanced problem-solving, and access to world-class educators, we aim to offer a level of learning that schools alone cannot provide, particularly as AI quickly enters the world of education. In doing so, we want to offer families a reliable pathway to make their children high academic achievers, no matter their starting position, so that they are the most competitive applicants possible for admission to top schools in the UK and US.
We have just finished recreating our own publication platform, which is now entirely custom built from the ground up and will allows us to heavily leverage AI on scale to produce publications of a standard for the AI century.

As the Lead Content Creator, you will be involved in helping us build and take our brand new primary course to market.
You will engage in deep original research, leveraging AI to develop new and innovative ways to both teach Mathematics diagrammatically and to bring advanced, high school concepts, down to primary school students (think teaching the logic and problem solving of combinatorics to students as young as year 3).
